Yessssss! Iβm working on getting back into my Pilates era.
Thanks Char! I really enjoyed your #virtualCCfest talk as well.

A few years ago, I attended #virtualCCFest for the first time and left inspired! Today, I will be delivering the closing keynote at CC Fest. I'm looking forward to sharing my love of creative coding and encouraging others to archive (and share!) their creative work.

#virtualCCFest is kicking off soon! It's a free, virtual creative coding festival, and there's still time to register at: ccfest.rocks
Iβll be speaking at Creative Coding Fest! Itβs free, fun, and open to anyone who wants to explore creative coding. Hope to see you there!
#virtualCCFest is back on Sunday, Sept 28, with amazing keynotes and workshops on creative coding lined-up. You can see and details and RSVP at ccfest.rocks. If you donate your funds will go to support the costs of the free event, Zoom licenses and small stipends for presenters and keynotes.
Thatβs great to hear. Thanks for sharing that! π
Iβm least surprised by the appearances of Janelle MonΓ‘e, Simone Biles and Rihanna. Dr. Cristina Yang also makes sense since Iβve watched every single Greyβs Anatomy episode that she was in.

Grateful for small joys these days, like a little more sunlight every day. Fun little map I made last week π
Yikes! It seems like a security nightmare for someone to skip straight to using AI to build full-fledged SaaS applications.
Thank you, that's really awesome! freeCodeCamp is an incredible community. I just sent you a message. βοΈ
For a while I've viewed my website as my digital playground, so naturally last week's Webmention adventureβplus all the amazing blogs I've been diving into via RSS lately βhave me wanting to get more involved with the #IndieWeb community.

you are not alone.
Iβm planning on borrowing some ideas from @simonwillison.netβs and the IndieWeb π Wiki for my link blog.

I think the next phase of my Webmention project will be setting up a linkblog to share my favorite content & bookmarks.
Essential to remind that libraries are not just vital sources of knowledge and information but also excellent community centers devoted to under-served populations. Services for job-seekers, the blind, for senior citizens. They lend out books but also tech, cooking equipment, media players.
I mostly borrow e-books which donβt require a trip to the library. I started attending some community-hosted events at the library which has led me to visiting the library more and checking out their programming! I even started checking out physical books again.

We don't spend a penny on marketing. It's all word of mouth for @costplusdrugs.com
That's how we keep prices so low. Please spread the word !
screenshot of terminal showing that I sent six webmentions from the CLI
I used @remysharp.com's handy CLI tool to send a handful of Webmentions to some people who shared helpful info about their Webmention implementation like @dwayne.xyz , @jamesg.blog.web.brid.gy, @localghost.dev & @petergoes.bsky.social. I'm still sorting out a flow for automatically sending these!
I've been playing around with adjusting my Webmention workflow all week! Here's an overview of my current Webmention implementation and how I'm using GitHub Actions to review incoming Webmentions. aboutmonica.com/blog/automat...
