We got to give a talk about Many Nights a Whisper at ENJMIN Games Conference last week and had the best time! Merci to all the students who welcomed us and came to our talk, we loved getting to meet you all. We can't wait to see what this next generation of talented gamedevs will make in the future!

A rare bit of games crit from me, on Many Nights a Whisper and trying to get at what a “poetic” game might be 👇

In Many Nights a Whisper you can shoot at everything, including your Mentor, so we made this reaction animation just in case you decide to be a bit of a jerk.

I really want every friend to listen to the section on Many Nights a Whisper (it starts ~34 min). It fascinated me so much, and I immediately purchased the game. Its a short game where you're training for 10 yrs to light a sacred urn on fire to grant wishes of the people, you only get one shot.

As I took the train home to leave MAGFest 2026, I had the fortune to play and finish Many Nights a Whisper on my laptop, and I encourage anyone interested in thoughtful narrative-driven games to check this short gem out--it only took me about 100 minutes to complete.

Just played Many Nights a Whisper in one sitting, about 90 minutes, a wonderful little exploration of having the power to reshape reality, the limits of morality in doing so and distilling the weight of that expectation into a single moment.

Im seeing more and more ppl play Many Nights A Whisper, please do yourself a favor if you haven’t yet.

It’s extremely high on my favorite games this year, and one of the few to leave a lump in my throat for days after I finished it

There won't always be a clear path, so create your own by knocking down what stands in your way.

It will be a painful journey.
